The Benefits

Dr MaryAnne wants to educate everyone about the essentials of a healthy spine and nervous system. Whatever your pain or health concern, Dr MaryAnne is determined to help you get better and improve your health overall.

Babies and children

Kids love getting adjusted! Dr MaryAnne's passion is to adjust as many children as possible. Your child has to cope with daily stresses just as you do, and whether he or she is dealing with an injury and pain, or has issues with sleep or behavioural problems, it's important to check their spine for possible interferences in their systems. Regular chiropractic care for children and babies is essential, gentle, safe, and effective. For kids, being and staying healthy is the best way of life.

Pregnant Women

Chiropractic care is best when started months before conception, and then continued from the very beginning of your pregnancy and throughout until your labour and birth. Whether you have pain in your pelvis, lower back, difficulty sleeping, or general discomfort, Dr MaryAnne has a special interest and passion in helping pregnant women with regular pregnancy chiropractic adjustments. She is also fully certified in the Webster Technique.

Athletes

Whether you're into mountain climbing, or a yogi, or into Pilates, running, weightlifting, or cycling, your body needs to have a healthy nervous system and spine. Injuries can occur to anyone at anytime while exercising, and it's essential to your performance and recovery to seek out regular chiropractic care.

By choice, I am not registered in the UK as a chiropractor. Because the General Chiropractic Council, the British regulatory body for chiropractic, has not recognised any non-EU qualifications, I may not in the UK describe myself as a “chiropractor” (per Chiropractors Act 1994, s.32).

But in 1997 I graduated from Life University in Georgia with a Doctorate of Chiropractic, and since 1998 have been fully Board Certified as a chiropractor, licensed in both Minnesota and New York.
