This is a commitment of 3 months of Network Spinal chiropractic care. Unlimited Adjustments for each family member living in same household. Refunds are not given after 14 days of purchase at the beginning of the three-month-plan. It is up to you to dedicate yourself to this plan for your health progress and improvement.
Quantity:
If Dr MaryAnne goes away on holiday for any amount of time during your 3 month plan from the first date of purchase, your plan will be properly extended to accommodate your full amount of time to benefit a full 3-month plan. For example, if your plan lands during the summer where the month of August is your third month, your plan will extend into September to make up the time lost.
