This full series comprises all live sessions, to practice Somato-Respiratory Integration on yourself to facilitate your healing journey. If you are unable to attend the live Zoom session, they will be recorded. All videos can be watched, downloaded, and kept forever. These recorded videos will also be used and shared for future participants to learn SRI. If you wish to have privacy during the session, please use a different name when signing on, and do not turn on your video. For the best experience, it is recommended to turn on the video so that Dr MaryAnne can specifically call your name if she thinks that you need more guidance.
